2. Description of Service

Cloakerly provides enterprise-level traffic cloaking, bot filtering, IP fraud prevention, and campaign protection tools for online marketers and web administrators. The service operates on a subscription or pay-per-unit basis as outlined in our pricing structure.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Cloakerly platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the platform to host, shield, or promote illegal goods, services, malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent scams.
Attempting to bypass platform usage limits, reverse engineer our detection algorithms, or disrupt infrastructure stability.
Targeting critical public infrastructure, government systems, or unauthorized third-party networks using our redirection architecture.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without refund if violations of this Acceptable Use Policy are detected.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. You can manage or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cloakerly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% interception of all malicious traffic, bots, or ad-network reviewers, nor do we assume liability for ad account suspensions or lost revenue resulting from campaign configurations.
